Working Title: Ready to Sleep
As part of the exhibition of the same name at Galerie Mezzanin which in turn is part of curated by: The Century of the Bed, Sabeth Buchmann and Mina Lunzer are presenting art and science films on the subject of dreams and research into dreaming. Taking up beds in and as mass media phenomenon, the center of attention is focused on film and television programs which deal explicitly or implicitly (iconographically) with the differences between active/living and passive/dead bodies and lie at the interface with popular culture and life sciences.
