Edition Detail

The work Untitled (The Bronze House) consists of three seals designed by Plamen Dejanoff for his Bronze House – a large-scale project on which the artist has been working for several years. These seals are hand-embossed on drawing paper. What makes them unique is that the seals only become distinct from the sheet's surface when observed up close, creating a dual play between the "simple" appearance of the white sheet and the delicate finesse of the seals. In the image presented here, only a depiction of the seal design is visible, serving as the template for the embossing.
